The hotel is nice throughout. The counter staff is very friendly, patient and extremely helpful even though my Spanish is very limited. The jacuzzi room I stayed in was very modern and huge. It was the size of an apartment and equipped with basic needs for the kitchen. It had huge windows which looked onto the city. It has a very nice rooftop patio that is very peaceful and a great place to relax and chat. The rooftop restaurant is nice and overlooks the city as well. To me, it is a very good value, quiet and very comfortable. I'll likely stay again if I return to Lima. My only downside was that the a/c did not work in the bedroom, even after maintenance looked at it. Sleeping in an air conditioned room is likely more important to me than most. But opening all of the windows and blinds allowed enough airflow plus the fan they provided that I could sleep.

An excellent hotel! This hotel was intended to only be an overnight stay but because my airline delayed our flight for no reason (at least given), I had to request an additional 9 hours to stay. The staff at this hotel didn’t hesitate to allow my family and I to stay longer nor did they balk but contacted us relentlessly via WhatsApp when we left something behind when traveling to the airport! Both Ed and the woman who checked us in were exceptionally kind and coherent with us that I didn’t feel as if I would have received the same level of service if someplace else.

Tome bus en Cruz del Sur a Huaraz, antes de partir y a mi regreso me hospede, a pie esta súper cerca, 10 min caminando de la estación, la zona es segura, tranquila, el hotel me quedo súper, la estancia estuvo agradable. Lo recomiendo.
