The staff went out of their way to accommodate when needed.I canā€™t say enough of how lovely & so very helpful they all were in my time of need. The Hotel is a great location, staff very friendly, although the PISCO SOUR given for free as welcome quest at the hotel needs to improve. It is the second time I get a complemented ticket for a FREE beverage, once again it was horrible...My business partner and I had to leave the PISCO SOUR on the table in the Restaurante as it tested horrible. I strongly suggested to acquire a bartender and / or have a bar in the hotel. It is very needed!!

This was the first 5 star property in our life that we came across that had a coffee maker in the room, but you would have to buy the supplies to make a morning ā˜•. We were three people n they had two tiny water bottles, so when we asked for the third one , I found out it is paid..... don't they include it in the fees when you are paying for a third person to be included?? This is nothing more than a clean place to stay overnight and leave early morning in between your flights or transfers.
