"Everything was very good, cleanliness, comfort and service. All staff were helpful and courteous. I used Spa and the the service was good there also. Dinner was served quickly. At breakfast I asked for a poached egg and it came in a few minutes -The only negative thing was the bacon at breakfast was a bit hard due I imagine, to sitting for some time. Staff in dining room were again very helpful and pleasant."

Also lady at reception gave us directions to a pathway alongside the Foyle which took us into the City, there is a bus service which stops just before Caw roundabout if you don't fancy the walk back.Hotel is a hidden gem.There is a busy roundabout just before access to the Hotel but the pathway into the city is really pleasant & gives a good walk. There is good access for cars over the Foyle bridge to the City, Letterkenny erc."
