"We had a lovely stay. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Good beds good showers plenty of hot water. Good cooker. The garden was slightly disappointing."

"This worked well for our large family group (9 adults, three teens, and our 3-year-old grandson). There is lots of room. We only had one night as we were between visiting Villandry and Chenonceau. This was a side trip for us as we were on our way to Bastogne, Belgium. Despite being there for a short time, Eloise was very accommodating and excellent in her communications with us. We are thankful for the opportunity to stay here!"

"We had a wonderful time at this house. There were only two of us but it can definitely accommodate a larger group. The house was just what we envisioned when looking to find a place in this area and it was just as pictured. Pascal and I believe his wife met us when we arrived and showed us around / gave us a tour of the house and property. The area seemed very centrally located to various day trips we wanted to take in the loire valley. This was a great house - we would definitely stay here...

"It was fun staying in this apartment. It truly was a cave, but with all the amenities. Enjoyed our stay and out host was very helpful and responsive. "

"The check in time is very short but the keys are prepared and information was clear so I could check in without a problem. My room didn't have AC so it was quite hot when the temperature was around 30 . The pedestal fan was very helpful but not enogh. Overall I liked the place. "

"A ten minute stroll along a pleasant street takes you to the bridge. Cross it and you are at the foot of the delightful town of Blois. There are two small supermarkets on the street, and lovely walks along the river so east to spend days without driving anywhere. Also many, many beautiful towns and chateaux to visit within an hour's drive. The cottage is well-equipped and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend."

"Superbly clean and well presented, perfectly situated for exploring the region. Located among among vinyards yet within a couple of kilometres of all the amenities you might require. Madame Vannier is a perfect host."

The house and property have a lot of history, and the hosts were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The property is gorgeous and the surrounding area has lots to see and do. "The property was perfect for our short 2-night stay to visit Zoo de Beauval and Chenonceau. The house was clean, well-appointed and comfy with plenty of games for the children. The only things lacking are WiFi and a washing machine but we knew this when we booked. After our days out we relaxed, dined and watched the sunset in the beautiful garden. Communication with Olivier and Emmanuelle was excellent too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book again if we return to the area."
