"We are completely dissatisfied with VRBO. The property they rented us in Limerick, Ireland was occupied! People had been living in it for two months. We were left stranded with absolutely NO support by VRBO. We had to go to a hotel and spend a lot of money until we found a property with another company. This really ruined our vacation in Ireland! Now we just hope we can get our money back!"

I had missed the cutoff for barfood by a few minutes but reception called them and placed an order for me which was ready at the bar 10 mins later. Check in was fast and efficient with very friendly and polite staff. Room was clean but the heating was overpowering and I had to turn off the radiator.
