The property was nice and the staff was helpful: however, I booked the room since it was pet friendly but they did not have a pet friendly room for me on arrival. Also, there is a 50 pound weight limit and $25 fee that we’re not advertised on the Expedia site. I’m not certain if this was a mistake on Expedia or Best Western but it definitely needs to be disclosed at the time of booking. The room and grounds were nice and the staff was helpful but not super nice about the whole pet ordeal.

I made a reservation through Expedia which was confirmed by both Expedia and Best Western. The room was also paid in full. When I got there I was told the hotel was completely full. I had to leave after driving 14 hours. After driving for 20 miles, I got a call from the hotel that all of a sudden they have found a room. Blamed everything on Expedia. Terrible experience
