"Irene responded quickly to my emails, gave us good directions, and met us on time for check in. The place is an amazing spot next to pastures. I didn't realize that there were 3 adjacent units and it was a little be noisy at times but overall we were very happy because the place was clean and modern. There were many flies when the cows are nearby. I recommend keeping the de-humidifier on at all times. Everything in the uint was well kept and in working order. "Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "We had an amazing holiday, the house is very comfortable and well equipped. The children loved the pool and the tennis court. It was great having a private garage. Thank you Jose for welcoming us and fitting WiFi. The local beaches are stunning and there are some great walks in the area."

Biggest problem was the restaurant was shut for dinner and we were told the nearest restaurant was about 800 metres away. There was a shelf of snack meal for sale at very high prices. "

GOOD HOTEL CLOSE TO FERRY PORT

"Stayed at the URH. Palacido de Oriol Hotel on 3 separate occasions, and have been very happy with our stay. The only problem I can see is if someone is a light sleeper, then they must ask for a room facing away from the railway line the has trains going past from 5 am until late in the evening, and they are quite noisy. "

"Very quaint place to stay. We loved the old world ambiance. Breakfast didn’t offer enough protein but was good. The beach is a close walk. Very nice place to stay. It was hot so we had to sleep with the windows open and could hear some people talking in the courtyard until really late. "
