We were given a free upgrade without even asking. Our room is comfortable and clean. There were a couple of towels that needed to be washed better, but not a big deal. Love the balcony and ocean/ sunset view. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. Nice sauna also. And the front desk people are very friendly and welcoming.

Water not hot enough for wife to take a bath. Hot tub was not very hot either. No hand soap provided in bathroom. Sink in bathroom was a trickle, almost a drip by the time we left. People with kids above were running up and down the room and stomping on the floor. Front desk did nothing because it wasn't quiet time yet. Breakfast options were weak. No waffle maker or fresh fruit. Watered down juice. Wont be back.

Excellent except they charged a $50 deposit fee we didn’t know about. And it might take several days to get it reimbursed. Motels seem to do that nowadays. But they should let you know on the website so you can budget for it. It’s ok. I would still rate our motel stay a 5. And we would definitely stay there again.

Decent property- rooms could use an update- King bed was pretty broken down on one side. Gas fireplace was nice, and the view was nice, as you could see the ocean from afar. Price was reasonable. I would stay here again

I like this place and have stayed a few times now. I didnt like the double parking of a pickup that wasnt never handled during my stay. Because of this we had to park behind the hotel and i didnt feel safe and it was horrible outside. If you had a back entrance then it waa overlooked by me and should be lit. Also a covered patio to smoke would be nice. It also seems a pillow update should happen soon.

Karen at the front desk gave me the nastiest welcome I’ve ever received from somebody in the service industry she is a rude bish the property is rundown and outdated and lacks general maintenance as a fellow hotel owner it baffles me how this place is still in business.

This hotel was clean with spacious rooms and friendly staff. We liked the fact that adult swim hours were available at night. The pillows were really flat in our room, so I would recommend bringing your own.
