Oceanfront Studio-No stairs-Full Kitchen-Fireplace

No. 118 at D Sands Condominiums is a ground floor, privately owned studio condo we call Coral Fixation . Located in a south building that was added onto the property after the construction of the original building, the front door of this condo offers parking lot level access on the highway side, but guests can enjoy a breathtaking ocean and beach view from a private balcony on the ocean-side of the condo.

Coral Fixation can sleep up to 3 people on a comfortable queen bed and twin futon. This condo also has a gas fireplace so that you can enjoy a cozy stay on even the rainiest of Oregon Coast s days. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and there s also a loveseat for enjoying the view through a wall of windows.

Coral Fixation also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, and an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo s, Lincoln City s favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope. We re also conveniently close to a variety of other recreation areas and hiking trails for the avid nature lover.

Few days away!
Our stay was amazing and very relaxing. We had a small issue whith the cable tv not working, but it honestly just made our stay better, by allowing for more time without the distraction of electronics, and D sands was very helpful with the issue. I would recommend staying there to everyone i know.

This was the perfect getaway for my birthday week! I was prepared for cold rainy weather and it ended up sunny all the days I was there. The experience was wonderful! The room is great and the view is wonderful. The only reason I gave such a low rating is the mattress on the bed is horrible. It has what feels like a hole in it. Needs replaced.

Getaway from heat
We enjoyed our stay at D Sands. The room was comfortable with great views of the ocean. Loved sitting out on the deck. We only had a couple of small complaints. One was, there were no nonslip strips in the shower (we put down a small hand towel to keep from slipping & 2. the controls for the TV were confusing. Which one turns it on, which one changes channels, etc.

Room experience
The room was Wonderful! One of the main reasons we chose your location was because of your indoor pool. This was closed and we were not notified of this. That was very disappointing! If you are able to rectify this by any means of future credit/coupon for your location we could then guarantee we will be back and spread the word about how amazing your rooms are. Thank you!
