When we arrived around 6pm, it was 10-12 minutes before we could find someone to check us in. Then room did not have a hair dryer but the attendant did find one later. Then room temperature was difficult to adjust. Breakfast and checkout were fine.

Awesome customer service. My husband and i arrived in Lincoln for a post op appointment. The internet was down in the whole area so they weren't able to process the check in. Seeing i was in pain, they allowed us to get into the room anyway. The roo. & bed were comfortable.
