"Stayed here two years ago. Just feels like it has run down a bit. Had a problem with a waiter and spoke to manager about it. Not with complaining attitude but so he would know. I’d want to know if I was mgr. not much in the way of apology… maybe the waiter was the owner’s nephew? Just. Didn’t have an overall feel of service."

"This hotel is located in the very middle of this charming town - a perfect location. However, we encountered numerous deficiencies such as: Wifi spotty, noamenities in the room at all, bath towels that were at best threadbare and very old, the room had a bad smell, noisy room, everything in the hotel was old and in serious need of updating, we only has 2 small plastic cups in the room, it was difficult to find someone at the reception and last, but not least, when checking out the internet did...
