"Locatoin: good, close to the ski slope, 300 m, and is possible to use the skibus also. Very good chalet, everything is great, 2 shower, 3 toilets, living room, satellite tv, etc. Only one complain, we we’re not informed how to use the ski room. On the other hand the parking place is under the main building which is convenient after snowing 😊"

"We had a joyfull familie experience in Austria from this location. The home gives a good feeling of living in Austria. Big garden , carpark facilities, rooms are all neat, looking over the mountains from the balconies. We did mis a livingroom with cauches, instead there was plenty space in dining format. "Wow and wow and again wow!! The best hotel I have ever been to. We were with our 2 children and everyone had a great time. A hotel that is simply a paradise for children. We will definitely go back there again! "We really loved this hotel. They have all kinds of amenities, including a spectacular spa, several saunas, bowling alley, electric bikes, and an expensive fitness room. The staff was very kind and helpful. I have food, allergies, and they created a whole three course meal special for me each night."

"This hotel was fantastic. They had the friendliest staff that was willing to help with anything. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The biggest surprise was all the extras that we got wit our room. A 3:30 to 4:30 afternoon coffee hour with fresh fruits and delicious cakes, access to top quality pool (with a water slide), the "summer card" for all kinds of included and discounted activities in the area. And I left the best for last. My most favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast. Anything you could dream up seemed to be there. Fresh baked goods, meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, omelette bar, smoked salmon (and other fish as well). The drinks were just as amazing and included options like prosecco, smoothies, fresh juice, and of course great coffees. I highly recommend this property."

"The hotel is very close to the Pilani gondola. An easy walk even in all your ski gear and carrying your equipment. It is also very near to other restaurants and bars and only a few minutes walk to shopping. We found it very easy to get around the town without transportation and had a fantastic stay. The room was exactly what we needed and had even more space than we anticipated from the pictures. Additionally, the staff was fantastic. Very willing to recommend train options for our return to Salzburg and called a taxi to get us to the train station at no additional cost! As for the cleaning staff, they were very good and thoughtful. Our daughter had brought with her some very special stuffed comfort toys and they took special care of them during cleaning. It made her SO happy."
