Lucia and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. Perfect location for the ferry - a 2-minute walk to the hotel. We liked the breakfast and the view of the Volcano from the terrace. You could see the red glow Very convenient location.

Great location very close to the ferry so you can walk to the hotel. The private terrace of a top floor room is spacious and a nice place to sit with a view of the ocean. The buffet breakfast, included in my rate, was really impressive.

Great hotel 150 m from the port. Breakfast was awesome. We had a triple bedroom on the first floor with a seaview. The staff doesn't speak english too well but they were always nice and with a smile. We had a nice lemonade welcome drink which was really nice. If you want to.enjoy stromboli to the fullest this is the perfect place.

Greeting was very friendly and they could speak English well. They helped book a island tour when outside companies said they were all booked, so thank you. Hotel also did communicate well via whatsapp leading up to our stay. Breakfast is very european style and was amazing, lots of amazing food to chose from.

We picked Ossidiana for it's convenient location right next to port, in part because someone in our group was a bit scared of sleeping on a volcano island😄, and also because it has very beautiful rooms and a view. Our room had the port view with all the little fishing boats, while the side entry patio had the best volcano view. Bring some food and drink and relax! They also have very local food assortment at the breakfast buffet, nice desserts. We liked that we didn't need to rely on transportation or walk far to get to the ferry.

Property was ultra convenient to ferry terminal. You can wheel bags up to door in minutes. Staff member on morning shift was very friendly and helpful. Even ran down the ferry wharf to pass on my hat I left behind on check out ! Breakfast buffet is very good. Cons: Rooms are a bit basic/no frills, but clean. No staff on in the evening to help.

No frills at this hotel, the location is ideal for visiting Stromboli but the beds are uncomfortable, rooms are dated, small and cold, staff pretty much non existent other than twice a day to open reception, breakfast was average. It is low season so perhaps that was why (April 2024). If you’re visiting Stromboli check the crossing timetables as cancellations can mess with your schedule. The one helpful thing the staff did was to message us to advise that our crossing had been cancelled well before the ferry company did so that was very much appreciated. Other than that there was very little hospitality shown for the guests here.

This hotel is very close to the port, which makes it extremely convenient especially if you are only on the island for a day or two. This was my first visit to Stromboli and I was only there for 2 nights. I will say I wish I had allocated more time to Stromboli, but I would not stay at this hotel again. As convenient as it is, it is also noisy and pretty basic. It was clean enough and the room was large with an nice terrace and functioning air conditioning. The breakfast, despite other reviewers claims, was the worst food I had my entire month in Sicily. Think convention center food. The same goes for the restaurant food at street level- the appertivo bites were the only plates I couldn't eat during my trip. Look to Stromboli Village for lodging options. You can easily get a lift to the port in a taxi and you'll be in a quieter area closer to the activity of the volcano.

Solide Unterkunft unmittelbar am Schiffsanleger. Wenn Schiffe an- oder ablegen, kann es auch schon mal etwas turbulenter werden. Das Frühstück war umfangreich, aber etwas lieblos. Das Personal war leider unpersönlich und wenig ambitioniert. In Laufnähe gibt es sonst alles, was man braucht.
