Villa Ficus in the district "Zinzolo"

the villa is located just 800 meters from the center. It has a separate entrance, a large public parking for the car and surrounded by greenery. It consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a puff that can be converted into a third bed, a wardrobe area, a large modern bathroom with two sinks and a large shower area, water heater and motorized skylight window. the villa has a covered patio with fixed stone and ceramic-clad seats and a breakfast table with chairs and a sun terrace. The villa 'with an air conditioning system.
Outside you can use the kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils. Among the supplied accessories we also offer a camp bed for children from 1 to 3 years. Also a high chair for meals. A beach umbrella.

Très belle maison en haut de Lipari. Les extérieurs (terrasse, cuisine avec four à bois, jardin d'orangers) sont magnifiques. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Idéal pour couple avec 1 jeune enfant ou sans enfant.
