28 km south-west of Joensuu, L.Pyhäselkä 0.5 km. Public swimming shore (Lake Pyhäselkä) 1 km, own boat.

Log chalet 2010, living room/kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom 2 beds, sleeping loft 2 beds, sauna, washroom/utility room with shower cubicle, washing machine and spin drier, WC, hall, terrace (partly glazed) 58 m². Grill tepee.

Inquire about availability in advance. Prices: 100e / day (guests fill and heat themselves), 150e / day (owner fills and heats it) + 50 e water change, if needed. By arrangement, owner rents out 2 outbuildings with electricity.

Cottage is next to owner’s farmhouse (140 m). Owner’s other rental cottage (no. 3877) is 350 m away. Quiet main road 50 m. Naturally beautiful view of Lake Pyhäselkä over field; lake lies 500 m on other side of field. Yard grassed, also partly gravel. Heating pump/inverter air conditioning system.

Hot tub available for rent during 1.5.-30.9. Prices: 100e / day (guests fill and heat themselves), 150e / day (owner fills and heats it in advance). Not in use if over -8`C.

Owner rents out outboard motor (2.5 hp), bicycles and ATV (quad bike).

“Karvisen Kissanpäivät” domestic animal zoo 3 km. Pietinlahden villisikatarha (wild boar farm) 1 km. Guided farm tours (lasting half an hour to an hour), local wild boar for sale Pärnävaara 15 km (illuminated ski trails 5-10 km, roller ski trail), Böök horse riding stables 6 km, restaurant 13 km, Liperi 13 km, Joensuu 28 km, Koli 80 km.
SEVERAL NATIONAL PARKS: Kolovesi (about 75 km), Ruunaankoski and Patvinsuo (about 100 km).

Wochentrip
Trotz kurzfristiger Anmietung und nachträglich Anfrage Wegen Bettzeugs hat alles super funktioniert. Das Objekt war wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter war etwas holprig da dieser nur Finnisch gesprochen hat.

Hyvin varustettu rauhallinen lomapaikka. Hyvät makuupaikat neljälle. Parvi on matala ja sinne on jyrkät portaat. Siellä on kuitenkin kolme sänkyä.
