The Hotel is to expensive for what they offer. Only small pool at the Sundeck. Service front desk good. For breakfast and dinner sometimes not enough stuff and chaos. The rooms a nice with a good view.

Wonderful service, ambience, aesthetic, and food and drink. Superb breakfast and views from pool. Room was disappointing as supposed to have a “Nature” garden view but looked instead on a car park! Area around not as rural as expected and beach further away than we thought. Still a great hotel and getaway experience. Highly commend the helpful, knowledgeable and prompt staff.

WOW!! It was very hard to leave this gorgeous property and the unparalleled view!! Hotel is perfect, new, clean, tasteful and modern! The staff is friendly and accommodating. Spa is relaxing. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautiful!! Sliding glass door opens up to private patios. Perfect indoor/outdoor space. Meals are prepared with care and attention to detail. Hotel pool is gorgeous. Location is just far enough away from Ericeira and Mafra to feel peaceful and relaxing but close enough to go out to eat and explore. Can’t wait to come back!!

The minute we arrived at Immerse, it was time to relax. A warm greeting at the door and a welcome drink while we waited for a completely hassle free check-in (we were early and that was no problem for them). Room was large with stunning views of the coast. Amenities in the room were excellent including water bottle and evening 'treat' delivered as part of turn down. We ate in the restaurant the first night. The service was a little challenged - I think some inexperience / new team. We did not appreciate an attempt to upsell wine (ordered circa 40 euros and bottle suggested 195 euros) Food was very good - one starter between us as order not recorded correctly. Well presented food and the view from the restaurant over the countryside and to the sea was amazing. Ate out of the hotel after that but at some amazing local restaurants - thanks to recommendations from the team at the hotel. Pool too cold to swim - very small and not really designed for any serious exercise. Great gym facilities and spa. A few little issues but overall a very nice and relaxing stay and would definitely consider a return visit.

Only 45 mins from Lisbon, you can enjoy the city and then return to peace and luxury. The restaurant dining is impeccable and the cocktails are Instagram worthy; every detail is curated with purpose. Utterly flawless experience, Beautiful & Serene.

What an incredible place! Understated, relaxed, beautiful and relaxing little haven just outside the great little town of Ericeira. Service here was outstanding, Mafalda was wonderful and we couldn't fault the staff. We stayed for a whole week and to be honest, id be happy here for a month. the hotel booked our surfing for the week with the Tiago pires surf school, it was added to the hotel bill and the surf school were more than happy to collect, the hotel even made packed breakfast. It's the little things that are exceptional, the yoga and pilates was great with Elsa. (please can the hotel get some full size yoga matts though! the little ones are the only fault!) the afternoon tea each day at 4.30 was served with beautiful local wine, the little fruit sticks but the pool and the different flavoured waters around the hotel were absolutely noticed and made a big difference in the little touches. The little cakes left in our room each evening again, special. We ate in the Emme restaurant too and it's beautiful, not cheap but absolutely worth every penny, I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't get a Michelin star one day soon. But the breakfast is incredible too, which was included for us. expect proper fresh juices and homemade pastries and great a la carte menu too. Utterly flawless experience and wouldn't hesitate to return. I spend my life living in hotels for work, and somehow this place didn't make it feel like I was in a hotel, it was a homely serene experience.

This is a really impressive hotel with an amazing view and we will definitely come back! For a 5 star hotel, we definitely felt some details didn't feel as great as in other places: - I was most disappointed by the gym facilities and opening hours. First of all, the gym is very very empty and lacking. Secondly, it is only open between 10 and 8pm (very strange hours), so personally I found it impossible to use. -similarly, facilities like sauna were only open between 10 and 8 - I don't know who would use the spa/sauna in that timeframe but it was disappointing as I chose the hotel with the aim to use the spa -there were no face cloths/towels provided.. -the restaurant is very nice, but the dishes are very carb-heavy, so it didn't feel like a very modern/healthy menu for everyone -the sommelier was amazing and all the wines he recommended were great. However, all cocktails I had in this hotel were horrible, including for classics such as mojitos. I gave up in the end -service is very very slow at the restaurant (I'm not talking about food, but simply asking a question, ordering something, etc.) -there is no information about the area, things to do, restaurants etc available in the rooms.. most hotels have something like a brochure, personalised recommendations

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, schönes Zimmer mit grosser Terrasse und tollem Meerblick, gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Pool. Frühstück äusserst umfangreich und sehr gut. Lediglich der Saunabereich fällt kleiner aus. Ist die Frage für jeden selbst, ob hier der Schwerpunkt bei einem Portugalurlaub liegt.
