I couldn’t check in. There was an overbooking problem . I was reimbursed about 75% of the amount charged by Expedia at The Hotel . A total mess for a rainy Friday night late check-in . Hope Expedia send me an apology and return my Funds . I was forced to make a new reservation / Check-in at 11:00 pm in other Hotel, obviously make an overseas call to Expedia wasn’t a choice. Terrible

Lovely guest house. Clean, comfortable and a nice pool and shared living space. Very friendly and kind staff. I unfortunately had a stomach bug while staying but everyone was very understanding and took good care of me. Made a poorly day mid-holiday much better than it could have been. This is a lovely hotel. The grounds and pool are beautiful. The service is spectacular. Andrea and the staff were amazingly attentive but never intrusive. Just a delight overall. Would highly recommend the Charm for a stay in beautiful Cascais. One of the highlights of our trip!

Wonderful find in Cascais. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and only a few minutes walk to the town or to the local restaurants. Ruy and Susannah are fabulous hosts and the staff are amazing. Food was excellent! Highly recommend!
