"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The cleaner Julie was at the property when we arrived and made sure the place was immaculate for us. No complaints about the property at all. We paid an additional £25 for the rod licence for the 5 days, which"

"Quick one night stay seeing family and friends - head hit the pillow when I got there and quick shower on the way out. Lovely staff and easy parking. Grabbed a drive through Starbucks on the way out."

Fantastic homely environment
"The cottage has everything you need and provides a welcoming homely environment. We stayed with family we had not been with for many years visiting other family members and enjoying some of the many things Cornwall has to offer. Excellent base would stay again"

Clean comfy and good parking.
"Lovely place, perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Was worried about parking but no need as about 5-6 big parking places round the back. 2 mins to shops in Mutley and about 10-15 min walk in to Plymouth."

Didn’t see much of Liskeard, but found some decent restaurants not far from the hotel. (I liked the restaurant “Himalayan Spice” which was a short walk from the hotel).

I wouldn't say it was a great place in itself as there isn't a lot there. That said, I enjoyed revisiting some old haunts. It is a convenient place to stay when visiting Cornwall, especially without a car, as rail service is decent and on mainline!
