Bedrooms
On the first floor in Dingle Way Lodge are four spacious double bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms; two have mirrored sliding-door wardrobes, while two have walk-in wardrobes. All are fully carpeted, and light with wonderful views out across the landscape.
Bathrooms
All the bedrooms on the first floor have en suite shower rooms with mains showers.
On the ground floor there is a large family bathroom with a jacuzzi bath with mosaic tiling and heated towel rail. A separate double-size shower cubicle has both electric and mains showers.
Living area
The living room of Dingle Way Lodge is flooded with light and graced with spectacular views from the stunning semi circular bay window. With two leather couches and two comfy armchairs arranged around the large screen TV and stove fire, it’s an ideal room for a social evening or movie night. Behind the stone feature wall backdrop of the fireplace is a cosy nook play area for the little ones, with toy box, library and doll house.
Kitchen and dining area
At the heart of Dingle Way Lodge is a contemporary beech fitted kitchen with polished black granite counters, central island and breakfast bar with seating for six people—perfect for casual entertaining. Sliding doors open out to garden. A double Rangemaster oven with electric hob will please the enthusiastic cook, while mini-chefs can play with the kiddie kitchen in the corner.
Glass double doors from the kitchen open into the formal dining room, which is flooded with light from another set of glass doors opening out to the patio. A solid oak table and comfortable oak and leather chairs provide the perfect setting for an elegant dinner under the chandelier light.
A large utility room houses the washer and dryer and opens onto a boiler room with extra storage and bins. The utility room also opens to the ‘back’ gate side of the house
Outdoor space
Excellent for large groups with many cars, once down the sloping driveway there is ample parking almost completely encircling the house. The garden space consists of planted beds.
