"The room was great, it had a hot tub with jets, clean, comfortable, and spacious. What wasnt great was front desk lady. An older lady who has poor customer service skills was very unhelpful and passive aggressive. $200 charged to my card, yes charged! My account was missing $200 from Doubletree. The money was supposed to be a deposit ( alot for a Doubletree but whatever ). I was told it would show in my account after i checked out. A week went by and no money.
