"Great location and very quiet. Room was spotless, very modern and equipped with all facilities you need. The pull out sofa bed was massive and very comfortable. The only issues for me were: the shower wasn’t very powerful and one morning there was work including hammering and drilling being carried out next door on one of the days. This started early morning and continued until we left at 11am the same day. Other than those issues it’s a lovely place to stay."

"Both my wife and I and our grandson had a lovely time at Valentine Cottage, we were blessed with lovely weather and the cottage was worm and cosy....we would highly recommend staying there."

"Lovely cottage with many extras. Only issue we had was to get the TV to work consistently, managed to get in going for an hour over the whole of ChristmasEverything else was perfect."

"This is a large conveniently located property in the heart of Cromer . Short walk to beach , cliff paths, Cliftonville Hotel ,Morrison supermarket , fish restaurants."

"The back bifold doors are broken so would not lock, the front locking door did not always open the door! The location is good as are the views. Just starting to look tired but overall good."

Dog friendly with large enclosed garden and dog friendly beach (February) literally across the road. We ordered tescos for arrival which was really easy. "Our stay was faultless the room and restaurant was immaculately clean the staff were super friendly and efficient and the ambience was chilled and relaxing. The included breakfast was unlimited with great variety on offer and like the evening meal we had the night before was really high standard ( also very good value)We would definitely recommend Ffolkes as a destination to either stay or just eat at .i think you would be hard pressed to find better at this price or even higher "

"We came from the Midlands to attend the funeral of an old friend and colleague. The hotel was really convenient for the Church service and we found out that the family had in fact chosen it for the after funeral venue. Our stay was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the food was superb. Choices were very difficult to make for dinner because they were so varied and when served they certainly did not disappoint. The breakfast next morning was equally superb. What a pity we live so far away.!!!"

"My husband and i booked an overnight stay for valentines day, we were greeted warmly by very friendly staff, the hotel itself was very inviting with beautiful decor and a relaxed vibe our dining experience was lovely amazing food served by a very sweet waitress followed by a delicious breakfast the next day. Our room was perfect, spotlessly clean with everything accessible for an overnight stay, we loved the little valentines touches added to our stay little heart chocolates on our pillows and beautiful red roses on the dining table for dinner followed by a fantasic jazz band playing throughout the evening. We would both highly recommend visiting this hotel it did not disappoint, we will certainly be visiting again soon."

Lovely place in a beautiful setting

"We would love to stay again, really enjoyed it. Room was comfortable, dinner & breakfast both relaxed and beautifully cooked. Dog freindly, so was great for us. The space is understandibly put aside mostly for diners with tables set up, but the bar area could really do with being larger and more comfy seating. Posh, obnoxious kids took over in the bar which was annoying, but that is not the establishments fault."
