"It took me a little bit to access the property because the address is not easily accessible from the street. Once I accessed the property everything went well except for the WiFi. "Our check in experience with Ale & Adas was an enjoyable and professional experience. When I booked our two rooms, (one double & one single room, one male and a married couple), reservation I mistakenly added my friends wife to my room when she should have been added to her husband’s room. Ada & Ale and the three of us had a hilarious moment of fun filled banter and laughter as they corrected the situation. When we requested local cuisine dining options one of the restaurants Ada recommended and called could not accommodate us with a reservation. The next day while we were on a tour Ada, of his own volition checked with the restaurant for cancellations and notified me that they had an opening. This diligent effort by Ada was greatly appreciated. Every time we returned to the hotel and sat at the bar there was humorous dialogue with Ale and Ada. These two members of your staff were both an absolute pleasure to meet and interact with. They provided outstanding friendly professional customer service."
