"Comfortable room, but attention to detail needed ie replace light bulbs. Renovations around the property was a bit noisy."

"Great location and lots of space to relax. Only thing that could be improved is that there was no mirror in the bedroom so had to do my hair in the kitchen area which wasn't ideal. No full length mirror anywhere in the suite. Apart from that, it was fantastic. Staff were really helpful and friendly."

"Rooms feel like you are in a dungeon or bunker. Unable to open window otherwise the business office can look into your room. Bed is super comfy. It's a good place to sleep since it's very dark. Stayed on the 2nd floor. "

"The apartment had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Great location with easy access to the tube. Friendly staff and locals. Only thing missing was a table and chairs on the balcony but i guess you cant have everything. "

"Fantastic location, super clean and modern, tons of space for our family of 4, super helpful staff. Only drawback is that we were on the 5th floor of a walk up but we would stay here again despite that. "

"Very close to Moorgate station. The room is stylish and new. There is no front desk but you can help yourself. The entrance is a bit hard to find but you will find it anyway."

"We had a wonderful experience at Mayfair House! The staff were so friendly, and we loved our apartment. It felt like the perfect combination of a private home rental experience with the amenities of a hotel. We hope to return soon. "

"The unit was nice. The area surrounding is busy and noisy until about midnight. The number 2 flat was a walk up 50 steps which for us was difficult to get luggage up and down. I requested a lower unit to avoid stairs but the lower unit was above businesses so 50 stairs is the minimum. Because of the stairs this would not be an option for us in the future. "

"Exactly as pictured. Several groceries and restaurants near by. About a 20 min walk to Oxford and Regent street. About 25 min to Leicester Square and the West End. Room well appointed, hotel was quiet."

"Amazing staff - everyone was friendly and welcoming! The hotel location is great close to two tube lines and minutes away from Buckingham palace. The room itself was great, recently renovated and incredibly comfortable. Only thing was our fridge had an odd smell so we couldnt use it and the elevators were slow as there was only one working for entire hotel. "
