"This property appears to have remodeled and non remodeled apartments. Apt 9 is not remodeled and on the third floor ( no elevator). The bath and bedroom ceilings slope and are dangerous for anyone over 6’. They claim it has three twin beds but it’s really two twins and a cot. This apt comes with no hand soap ( I’ve stayed in hotels in Cambodia and Laos that provide hand soap), no dish soap, no sponge or dish towel to clean dishes ( kitchen did have one hand towel. Kitchen did have basic dishes...

"staff could not explain properly apartment address. stayed 2 weeks and did not changed the bed linen after 1 week - explanation - cleaner has forgot. sofa bed broken. furniture falling apart and dangerous especially for children."

"Wir waren für eine Wanderwoche in Grosio mit 4 Personen und Hund. Das Chalet ist großartig, geräumig und sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Kaminabende bleiben in sehr angenehmer Erinnerung. Die Räume im Erdgeschoss sind offen gestaltet mit einer schönen großen Wohnküche. Es fehlte dort an nichts. Im Erdgeschoss befand sich auch ein Bad, ein Waschraum und die Garage. Im Obergeschoss findet sich ein Doppelzimmer mit En-Suite-Bad, ein weiteres Doppelzimmer und ein Schlafraum mit 2 Stock...

"The residence is located at very short walking distance from Livigno centre and near to all main sky/bike lifts facilities. Grocery and most shops are also at short walking distance. Apartments are well kept, neat, well furnished and functional. Size is not extremely big but adequate for the scope (2 adults + 2 kids) as you are not supposed to stay much indoor in a place as Livigno. The owner/manager is very friendly, efficient and available to help. "

"This hotel is fine. Next to the slopes . A few steps to get up to the lift . Livigno is good, plenty of scope for skiing . We did half board , but wouldn’t next time . The resort is much cheaper than France. So eating out was cheap . The food in the hotel was fine … but not really to our taste . We parked underground at the hotel . Room was basic , …but fine . We had a good break "

"Perfect location right in the heart of the activity. Lots of shops and restaurants at your finger tips. I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. Free parking...slightly off site but near by, just park and take your bags in first and then park otherwise a bit of a hike. I am writing this before breakfast buffet but I am sure it is nice, restaurant...

"One night stay on a motorcycle trip. The bed was huge and so comfortable after a like ride. The food was delicious and the wine list extensive. "Our stay was wonderful. Upon arrival the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, suggesting a leisurely bike ride with the complementary bikes provided by te hotel. The rooms were spacious and airy and impeccably clean. The breakfast was expansive and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel."

Lovely Early Summer Chalet Stay

"We stayed in the Suite Chalet with balcony and in-suite sauna room. I must say that this place is exceptional. The room has such a lovely rustic vibe and is the ultimate comfort for a couple. They seemed to have options for families and were super dog-friendly as well! The sauna with spectacular views out from the balcony is so special! Even the breakfast was super delicious with a wide variety of homemade pastries and locally sourced goods. The owners of this chalet village truly know how to spoil their guests. 10/10 would recommend to anyone."

Breakfast hard work to obtain a nice coffee such as Cafe Late. After heavy snow hotel didn’t clear any snow from walk ways unlike all other hotels in area. No care for customers. Staff never said hello in mornings or on return in evenings which is basic level customer service. vanity mirror was hanging off its fixing. Lacking in care and waiting staff at breakfast seemed quite disorganised so had to request bread and meat/cheese be replenished. Our double delux room was quite basic and quite small compared to similar lrice level hotels in the area. Disappointed and won’t be returning to this hotel as we found much nice ones in livigno "
