"The place is absolutely beautiful on the outside of the rooms and around the hotel, our room on the inside not so much. The sheets were dingy and old looking, the pillows had a used smell to them and the room was dusty. The blinds were also dirty and were not friendly when we tried using them. Front desk staff was really helpful and nice. The food was great. They day servers, Benjamin and I forgot the name of the young guy with him are absolutely amazing. The night servers not so much. "Gonzalo was kind and helpful. Beautiful views. Heads up: Google maps chooses the shortest route which takes you though an narrow alley way and up an unpaved hill which is not recommended. Make sure to go around what seems to be the back way, but it actually takes you to the front entrance. The name Casa Escondida (Hidden House) is perfect for this place."
