"The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!"

"Unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. First of all the pool was closed and there were no sunbeds available. The beach was also closed so it was difficult to sunbath, which my wife likes to do other than sitting on a chair. When we complained about this we were told that the season closes on the 15th of September, We were no aware of this, if we were we would not have booked it. Also there were no supermarkets within walking distance the nearest was about at 5 kilometres away, so...

"It is a fours stars resort, but this is not the case. The hotel is clean, the room big, the breakfast is very good. However it is an old structure that was renewed, but everything is essential not luxury at all to be rated as four stars"

"The property is convenient for visiting Pisa city centre and the tower. The staff at the property were very friendly. The property was clean and so was the pool and pool area. The pool is great, although it does close at 7pm which is typical for Italy, although if you’ve been visiting the city during the day, longer pool opening would be advantageous. The problem with this place is that there’s literally nothing there, there’s a restaurant in the evenings, which I have to say is brilliant....

"Overall is a nice stay with few points that are lacking that affects the comfort of staying there. 1. Heating is turned off around 11pm thus you will feel cold if you are not asleep by then. 2. Hotwater not consistent, the water might turn cold for a moment when you are showering. 3. Parking is in public carpark outside the compound thus you will need to walk in the cold to the house although there are ample space to park in the compound. "Very nice hotel, close to the beach, a 5-10 min walk through a pine grove. Breakfast (11 euro) - was good. The room itself was spacious, good air conditioners, fridge, stove, sink, balcony and rack for drying swimming suites. Beach towels are not included/provided. Bathroom shower did not drain very well. There was a chemical smell in the room. Overall the stay was good."

"I would not recommend this hotel for Americans. There were a lot of rules and restrictions. We thought we would enjoy the very nice looking pool but you had to wear a bathing cap and it closed at 7 pm ! The hotel was geared towards families with young children. While the room was clean, it smelled very strongly of disinfectant. We had to make our own beds with linens they provided. The area is wonderful with the beach so close but I would not recommend this accommodation. "
