I checked in earlier than expected and they didn’t charge me extra, but I got a third floor unit and no elevators."

"The apartment had a horrid musky damp smell, that permitted throughout the stay. Half the lights and plugs didn't work. There is no air con, and the ceiling fan is weak making the apartment sauna like conditions and extremely uncomfortable.
