"A beautiful comfortable house. Plenty of room for larger groups. The kitchen is well stocked the bedrooms.and bathrooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The host was very helpful and kept in touch. Overall this is a very stylish house very cosy for a winter weekend away. I would totally recommend a visit."

"Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away."

"A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat."

"A beautiful converted train wagon nestled in the Welsh countryside. Very well put together with most amenities available. Very comfy bed - small but well sized for a intimate break together. "Very clean and well equipped. Check in information good. Getting information on how to check out at 1:55 in the morning was less than helpful as it woke us up. We have to leave some alerts on as husband receives medical alerts overnight. It may not be a problem for those who can switch a do not disturb on. "The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. All fixtures and fittings are of good quality and the charm of the original building such as exposed beams have all been kept. It is in a quiet location with stunning walks and trails on your doorstep but the village is only a 10 minute walk. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily come back ourselves."

Cottage has everything needed, is in a great location for walking and has an amazing pub ‘Royal Oak’ with superb food in easy walking distance. "First off when arriving at the property there was no onsite parking as advertised, there was parking to the rear which you would think were for there but was told it was private and was not anything to do with the property and told there was small parking bays just up from the front of the property which were on a public road and were all full, to me this is not classed as onsite parking, onsite parking is parking designated for the property and owned by the property.
