This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. The rooms are lovely and have exactly what we need - great attention to detail. The location is perfect, only a small walk into Llandudno. The staff are always helpful on hand to assist and go above and beyond! Would definitely stay again!

A really lovely hotel but unfortunately my husband and I didn’t get much sleep at all on both nights! The staff are very friendly and do what they can but we were there to watch a show so we’re really tired through lack of sleep and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable which was a big problem as both my husband and I really suffer with back pain! My husband is disabled and also has extreme neuropathy throughout his body so was so uncomfortable and the room was a lot colder than we would have liked it to be. In a brighter note it was in close proximity to all the amenities and we did enjoy our little trip to celebrate my husbands birthday. I must say though that the hotel is clean and the staff try very hard to help you out at a drops notice. They were able to advise us on many things and nothing was true trouble for them which I feel is priceless!!

Great location and service - nice rooms though would be nice to be able to control heating in the room. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 would be due to no parking - not the hotel fault but would have been icing on cake.

Our stay here was amazing. the staff that greeted us on our arrival were so friendly and welcoming, sorry I didn’t get the ladies names. We chose a room with a balcony and we spent a lot of time out there. The extra touches of ear plugs, eye masks , dressing gown and slippers were wonderful. It even had a mini fridge in there, with amazing views we couldn’t have asked for more and cannot wait to go back

Check in was from 2pm. We were charged 15 pounds extra for our dog for 1 night, which i wasnt expecting. Location and views are excellent. Parking was a nightmare, even in October, unless you dont mind walking a distance. Staff pleasant enough. Our double room had a balcony which was fab, shame about shabby rattan outside chairs. Room was small. T.v couldnt get normal channels. Coffee machine was good as was milk and water in fridge. Bathroom bit shabby, products were lovely though. Lift up to the floors, is tight and slow. Carpet in room need replacing. Bed was too hard for me i didnt sleep. Mixed bag, probably wouldnt stay here again.

Great stay. Room on the small side but bathroom was fab. Walls must be thin as you can hear people above you and around the corridor. Window was a bit dirty which was right next to the bed & it was a bit fiddly moving appliances around to use the plugs. But apart from that lovely stay and would return!
