"Room was cold but the porter got a heater. Toilet had leaked over night so the bathroom floor was soaked in the morning. Window didn't shut properly had to stuff towels in-between to stop the draft and radiator wasn't heating up correctly but the night porter got us a portable heater. You get what you pay for in life"

"I received a free drink from the bar on arrival which was very welcomed after a long journey up. The guy was very friendly. The room was a good size and very clean. Perfect location to the seafront and parking was good outside."
