Superb base for exploring Asturias
The property is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Also there's good wifi, even a smart tv so we could access Netflix. Great accommodation and the double bed we used was extremely comfy. 5 minute walk to El Cidreria EL Cabanon (highly recommended) and the property is within a couple of minutes of a motorway junction, so it could not be easier to reach the many beaches and other treasures that Asturias and northern Spain has in store for you. Just over 1 hour drive to Oviedo to the west and Santander to the east. Sandy beaches (San Antolin and Gulpiyuri) only 20 minutes walk away. This property is a great option for anyone visiting this area.

La maison correspond a ce qui est annoncé, attention seul point négatif, il n'y a pas de bain a remous, apparemment une erreur dans l'annonce d'aprés le propriétaire. A part cette déconvenue, tous été parfait, la propriétaire est très facilement joignable, elle nous a conseillé des restaurants a proximité, nous avons rencontré un petit soucis du a la météo inondation du sous sol et panne électrique, elle a été très réactif et efficace. Je recommande!

Large comfortable house in excellent location
Spent eight days here exploring the charming coastal towns and towering Picos inland. This house is perfectly situated within walking distance of several coves and beaches but also a short drive away from the mountainous areas inland. Would really recommend a visit to the Sobrellano Palace and Gaudi architecture at Comillas as well as Ribadesella and Potes. Patricia was a perfect host always quick to reply to any questions we had. The house is large and well equipped for dining in and out and it has a big garden with a comfortable outdoor seating area. Traditional in style the house does feel a bit dark however but there is plenty of lighting to compensate. Would definitely recommend staying here as Naves is a quiet village with a verdant backdrop of forested hills. Be sure to go to the local Sideria for dinner. But you have to like meat!!

La casa es muy bonita y Patricia es un encanto. Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación, las vistas y que está completamente equipada para 6 personas. Solo destacaria que la presion del agua de las duchas es algo baja. Por el resto, quedamos encantados y seguro que volveremos.

Beautiful house in a very scenic area
It is a lovely house set in an excellent garden. The surrounding area of Asturia is incredibly scenic with mountain ranges sloping down to a craggy coastline. The town of LLanes is very picturesque. The recommendation of La Chopera restaurant just 5 mins away was excellent. There were a couple of small issues which were communicated to the owner but nothing to spoil a lovely family holiday.

Estancia agradable y tranquila
Hemos estado con nuestros hijos. La estancia es muy agradable y tranquila. Está muy cerca de playas y zonas de interés, por lo que es un lugar muy bueno para tenerlo como base para desplazamientos. Es cómodo para ir con niños por los espacios al aire libre (el porche es una maravilla) y está muy completa para ser una casa vacacional. Una cosa que podría mejorarse para los niños pequeños: podria ponerse una barrera en las escaleras, pero tampoco es un gran problema para el día a día

Maravillosa! ¿Recomendaría esta casa a otras personas? ¡¡Sí, sí y sí !!
Sin duda, esta es una de las propiedades más bonitas en las que nos hemos alojado durante algunos años. La casa tiene todo lo que pueda desear en un alquiler vacacional. El nivel de comodidad es ejemplar, la cantidad de espacio notable y el diseño es ideal para grupos grandes que a veces pueden querer espacio o privacidad. Los muebles son especialmente buenos, incluyendo abundantes cajoneras y cajones, una selección de opciones de cama con ropa de cama de muy buena calidad. Todas las habitaciones superiores son grandes, luminosas y ventiladas, las ventanas de los dormitorios incluyen persianas opacas, así como cortinas de lujo y visillos. También hay una habitación doble en la planta baja con un baño contiguo que incluye una cabina de ducha con un pequeño escalón. La planta baja también es espaciosa y aireada, pero tiene la ventaja de ser un escape fresco de los calurosos días de verano. La cocina está muy bien equipada, la atención al detalle aquí es ejemplar. ¡Mucha vajilla y cubertería para no tener que usar el lavavajillas todos los días! La pequeña mesa de desayuno en la cocina equilibra la enorme y elegante mesa de comedor en el área contigua. Justo a través de la puerta de la cocina hay un porche y una barbacoa verdaderamente encantadores. Ideal para almuerzos largos y perezosos durante la tarde o una fiesta por la noche. Hay un hermoso y amplio jardín privado con árboles y arbustos en flor, muchos lugares para tomar el sol o simplemente para relajarse en las tumbonas a la sombra del huerro. Genial en todos los aspectos. El WiFi es muy rápido y hay un gran televisor de pantalla plana en el salón. La casa se encuentra en una zona tranquila del pueblo, pero a poca distancia a pie de numerosos bares y de la maravillosa sidrería, ¡donde comimos el mejor bistec que hemos comido en España! También muy cerca hay innumerables y hermosos paseos: a la playa, al campo, a lo largo del Camino de Santiago, o simplemente alrededor del pueblo, que es casi todo en un terreno llano. Los anfitriones fueron ejemplares. La comunicación fue fácil y rápida con cualquier consulta que tuviéramos. Patricia dedicó mucho tiempo a enviarnos información sobre restaurantes cercanos que deberíamos probar, lugares que deberíamos visitar, playas que nos encantaría (mucho para elegir). Sin duda, el anfitrión más servicial y amable que hemos conocido sin ser entrometido de ninguna manera, visto una vez cuando llegamos y (por accidente) el día que nos fuimos. Todo Perfecto.
