"We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. "

"We loved our stay here! Noreen's spot was clean, cosy and in the perfect location. A little tricky if you have a lot of luggage due to the stairs and distance from pullover spot, but worth it for the incredible view. Noreen provided plenty of useful instructions for accessing the building, car parking and taking out the bins. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Noreen!"

"My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. "Lovely looking place in a beautiful location. We like to walk and found the walk to Pembroke castle very nice, even though it was a very windy day. The pool and sauna are very nice, unable to get a massage ( fully booked) maybe next time. The lane in and out is not lit and very dark, so walking to the pub was an adventure.maybe some kind of solar lighting would make it a more pedestrian friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. Lovely place with lovely staff."
