"We stayed in this home for a cycling vacation around Girona. The home is even more beautiful than in the pictures. We were a group of 3 and we had more than enough space. There was a bottle of wine, a big box of cookies/snacks and plenty of coffee pods waiting for us at the home. While we enjoyed our quiet time at the house, just a very short walk takes you to Monells medieval village. This village is a must see! You will not be disappointed with this home."

"We really enjoyed our stay in La Rectoria, The house's very thick walls and spaciousness enabled us to relly enjoy our time there. The gardens are beautiful and the pool was a big plus. "This is beautiful house which is easily accesible by car from Girona and Barcelona. The location is beautiful and really spacious for a big group. The kitchen is really well equiped. "Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues at check out as we checked in late afternoon, were going to stay for one night, and did not want to have other people coming into our apartment to clean."

Great buffet breakfast & comfy

"We have been in this hotel for the 4th times. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, the room is great, the bed and pillows very comfortable. The downside is that when autumn season, they turn off the air condition a/c and it was hot since we were on top floor. They can provide you with a fan if you want but we didnt ask bc at night we leave the windows open."

"This hotel was really lovely and comfortable. The parking situation was a bit tricky. We ended up parking in the wrong garage and paid $51 for one day. So be careful, and do not park in the Biblioteca (library) parking lot. There are several restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable, but the AC was not working, so we had to open the windows. My friend's room was facing the church, and they rang the bell at night, like every hour, disturbing their sleep. The breakfast was great! "

"Beautiful hotel and excellent location. The thing that makes the hotel exceptional are the staff who cannot do enough for you. The interior design is really well done mixing timeless classics and contemporary in the hotels medieval bones. Personally I am not a huge fan of glass boxes for showers and loo areas but all stylishly done. Also within easy walking distance to the rail station if you want to explore further. Great hotel and we will return"

Perfect for Girona airport

"We choose this hotel due to its proximity to Girona airport and it was perfect for arriving and departing by plane. The hotel runs a shuttle service to and from the airport which is included in the price. It just made our trip so much more relaxing. The facilities are great. We loved the large courtyard with the pool - perfect for relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s also a regular bus that gets you from the hotel to Girona in 20 minutes. "
