"A beautiful property in a great location in the center of Loches, a medieval town. The rooms were adequate but could have had a few more amenities for a 4 star hotel. The hotel seems that it needs to be better managed: welcome at the reception was not great, there were no more towels at the
spa
and in the room, the shower stall could have been cleaner in the corners.So all in all it could be an amazing hotel but it lacks some key components still."

"Truly wonderful stay. The Chateau is beautiful, the grounds are idyllic, the pool is fantastic and the restaurant is delicious. The room is very spacious and comfortable. And the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. I'm fact the staff were all terrific! We will stay again and again on our drives down to the south of France."

"We had a lovely couple of nights here. So quiet and

, a true luxurious and romantic place. We had the lodge with the

which had gorgeous views of the pond (number 17). Slight issue with horse flies when walking to and from the main area through the woods but they didn’t like insect repellent so that worked well. One slight downer was we didn’t get asked if we wanted to book tables for dinner in the evenings and one night was fully booked with what must have been non resident...

"This is a brand new hotel; yes some areas are being worked on as previous reviews advise. However, we stayed for 4 days mid August and further works I suspect had been completed. We found the hotel to be lovely. The staff were great and very helpful with things like advising on restaurants and booking cabs etc. The outdoor pool area is great, gated for safety and with the added benefit of a lift up to it. I think this is superb for those with limited mobility. The rooms are compact but well...
