"Sue and Terry are the consummate hosts. Friendly and very helpful, but respectful of their guest’s privacy. They went the extra mile to help this cyclist locate a patch kit on a Sunday: they had one! The inner tube got repaired, but, alas, the tire had a sidewalk cut. "One hour and a half for the check in due to a problem between Expedia and the hotel. We had to fix the problem by calling ourself the support and then pass the phone to the manager of the hotel. It was unreal, I would have expected a more friendly approach after the help we gave and not to stand for more than an hour in the hall arguing about breakfast and conditions. Maybe the best staff but in this uncommon situation they didn’t show it."
