"Location! The location is easily walkable to the Galeria and the Duomo. The hotel room was nice and loved the complimentary wine and snacks. Loved that you could access your netflix account. Customer service was great at the front desk. The worst part of the room was the view from our window. Absolutely horrible. We actually decided to stay in Milan for two more nights but not willing to pay that much for that view. Changed hotels. "

"I really liked this hotel. The service we received was very friendly. They store your luggage if you arrive very early or leave late. It's very well located, a 15-minute walk from the Duomo (Milan Cathedral). There are many dining options nearby. A very affordable convenience store is 2 minutes away. Hot water in the bathroom. It has a kitchen, dishwasher, and all utensils, including a coffee maker. You can easily prepare a meal at the aparthotel. Very quiet. Excellent value for money....

"My first time in a digitalised/hybrid aparthotel. Its neat and very nice but i wish curtain control and ac works. It was hot in my room and has to open the patio doors. "Great location in central Milan, conveniently located next to Cadorna train station. The apartment itself faces into an internal courtyard so letting light into the studio does come at the cost of some privacy as there are no other windows. The bed was relatively hard but not entirely uncomfortable. The small kitchen area was well equipped and had everything you could need from a studio such as this in the city."

"The hotel is within walking distance of the Milan Garibaldi train station, but a taxi ride is better. There are plenty of eating options near the hotel, and on the weekends, it's a hot crowd-party location. It's a comfortable walk to the Duomo and other major attractions from the hotel with easy access to the metro or taxis. The room and the bathroom were as depicted."
