"A few steps from Sol, it is perfectly located and connected to the city, within walking distance and by metro according to convenience. The room was fine, the bathroom did not completely close the shower door so it got wet outside and this was uncomfortable. "This was my first time in Spain. I am so glad I found this hotel. Staff were very friendly and courteous. It was close to the Gran Via and to other restaurants. It was quiet and there's a terrace on the top floor where you can enjoy free coffee. Really good coffee, baked goods and fruit. My baggage got lost and the airlines sent it to my hotel and the hotel staff informed me right away. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The only thing is unlike American hotels, the lights won't turn on...
