Central location allows for easy access to multiple attractions in the Logan area including USU, Ice Rink, Logan Regional and Cache Valley Hospitals, RSL Center, Logan & Green Canyons and so much more! Home features super comfy beds and furnishings throughout. Enjoy the private fenced-in patio for quiet Summertime dining or dine-in and stay cozy by the gas fireplace during the cooler months. New furnace and A/C units to make your inside time perfectly pleasant!

We are happy to help as needed but also want to give you your space. Let us know if a need arises!

The neighborhood is quiet but still close to everything!


You'll be given your own private access code. Guests have full access to the townhouse. This is NOT a shared space with anyone else during your stay.

There are 3 parking spaces with one being in the garage. Please be sure to only park in front of this unit and not block a neighbor's space. :)

Fresh furniture and decor makes this a fun place to spend time at when you're away! Great for a couples haven or for a group of 5 or less.

Cache County provides a free bus system for all. There is a bus stop just across the street from this subdivision. Uber is hit or miss in this valley but may be worth looking into as it grows.

Please note: No pets, smoking/vaping, or parties/events.

Quiet time is from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Great place to stay
Don’t get scared about being in North Logan, it’s an amazing location. Easy to get to shopping, USU, and in a nice quiet location. You can beat the bang for the buck. Checking in and out was super easy with great expectations and communication. We will stay here again next time we travel to Logan!

Hidden gem
We booked this hidden gem to go see our nephew play football at Utah State. It is located, what seems to be a busy area, but is really in a quiet subdivision. It. Was. Perfect! The location was easy to get in and out of, close to Utah State, close to stores and restaurants. Hoping to come back next fall and want to book again. Owners are fantastic and very helpful.

Very comfortable accommodations
We would definitely stay there again. It was clean, comfortable, appealing, and relaxing. Our hosts were very sweet with well wishes for my husband's bike race, Lotoja. That was a special touch that they remembered why we were there.
