The hotel and our room were very clean and the staff was very friendly.
The room had a couple of issues. For one, there was a light not working and an electrical outlet that was very loose and would not hold the plug. Secondly, the tv remote was on a charging cable when we arrived, but even after charging, wouldn't work unless you held the remote right next to the tv.
Our biggest disappointment, however, was the breakfast we ordered via room service. The food arrived promptly, but was cold. The biscuits & gravy I ordered came with biscuits that were so stale, they could have been sent to the United Center to be used as hockey pucks in a Blackhawks game.
Overall, we were happy with our accommodations. With a bit more attention paid to maintenence in the rooms and more focus on food quality, this hotel would receive 5 stars from me.

I enjoy staycations in Chicago trying out new locations and accommodations and this has been by far my favorite. The hotel immediately has an elegance to it, calmness and the beds were very comfortable. We are very happy with our stay and plan to go again since the rooftop was closed due to the weather.
