"They tell you there’s a breakfast. The coffee was cold and there was no breakfast available. When we asked about it they got out frozen breakfast sandwiches and tossed them on the counter. There were no instructions for how long to heat them and they acted grumpy when we asked."

"Room was very large but came with only 1 chair a vru small and uncomfortable couch. Need to add some furniture to empty space like a table with chairs etc. Almost no lighting in open area. And only 2 tiny garbage cans. Room was clean and nice but oddly empty....."

"Clean comfortable hotel. The man at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating; he helped us out a lot with an airline cancelation/rescheduling issue. They had breakfast for us at 4 am before we had to leave, and the shuttle service was great."
