"This was an amazing find! The room was spacious with a separate dressing area and huge bathroom and spotlessly clean. The staff of this family-run hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The fix-priced menu for dinner was excellent and inexpensive and breakfast was brilliant with scrambled eggs made to order and a wide selection of savoury and sweet items. Great value for money and definitely to be recommended. "

Walking trails can be found right at the door step. The area has incredible views and provides easy access to the Italian Alps. "Viaggio di piacere in 4 persone il weekend. Appartamento perfetto, pulito, con tutto il necessario anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Essendo molto vicino alla zona pedonale, meglio parcheggiare a pochi minuti a piedi fuori dal centro storico a prezzo conveniente. Ottima comunicazione con l'organizzazione. Consigliatissimo. "

Sovesofaen var decideret ulækker, og kunne ikke redes op til at sove i, da der ikke var sengetøj til den. Visse steder var der store mængder støv, men ellers nogenlunde rent."

"Booked this hotel for the first night of our trip on the Bernia express. Located about a 5-10 minute walk from the train station it was an amazing hotel. The room we were allocated was in an outer building which was easy to access. The room was spotlessly clean, very spacious with all amenities. The hotel must have had a refurb as you could still smell the new carpets and fresh paint work. The bath was very stylish with everything you could need. If I were visiting Tirano again I would stay here again."

"Everything about the Hotel Stelvio was great. A lovely welcome when we arrived and a spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. (And a lovely view of the mountains!) The bathroom was spotless too. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food and there was also a great selection of teas available. The location was great, about 7 mins walk from the train station. We would definitely stay here again when in Tirano. "

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. They really tried to help out with everything. We're also very pleased with the room and the bed. Comfortable and nice standard, even though the TV was the smallest monitor I've ever seen. We weren't there to watch TV anyway, so we didn't care. Last plus is the breakfast. Normally continental breakfasts can be sugar and coffee only. But they had a small, but great selection of cheese, ham, bacon, scrambled eggs and bread. "
