Love coming here, this was my second time visiting and my husbands first. The pool is beyond amazing and we spent the majority of the time there. The Buffett was excellent, and staff was the best. The house cleaning staff was so friendly and helpful and Riski was always checking in to see how our stay was.

Great place to visit at the lovely Senggigi beach. Most amazing swimming pool and gardens kept to perfection. Rooms were light and airy and well equipped for tea and coffee etc. restaurants were great and good value and the quality was awesome. The staff are excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. As shared by others, the hotel itself is older. However it is still the best hotel in the area. We moved from a different hotel after one night to the Sheraton and felt much safer, the pool and beach were beautiful. The spa was wonderful. The food was really good. Shout out to Madey at the pool bar for excellent service. Our family would return again

Pool was filthy with green mold. No gluten free food at all offered at both restaurants, had to get a taxi and go to other local resorts for lunch and dinner to eat. I have stayed in Sheraton Hotels in many countries and this would have to be the worse. Very disappointed in the very poor standard. The beach was filthy with rubbish and plastic from a local drain, dare not put my head under the water. (forget snorkeling) Lots of Customer Service staff who smiled a lot and asked lots of questions, BUT did nothing! Maybe time for a new general manager and clean out some staff .... More like a 2 star hotel. Not happy at all !

Have stayed at this gem of an hotel many many times and always have a fantastic stay. The hotel shows signs of age but the garden is spectacular as ever and though lots of the older staff have retired the young people are lovely and try their very best to make your stay pleasant. The food is excellent as well. Service by the pool could be improved I think. Looking forward to being back in this wonderful hotel again on August.

Property although older style is kept beautifully with there gardens and rooms. Always a friendly smile and hello from all the staff in particular Udin who works in the pool area he was wonderful. Location was great right on the beach and close to waterfalls and elephant park, would not hesitate to return.

A lovely old fashioned hotel. No lift which did cause a challenge but we managed in the end. Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel .

Overnight stay on way to Gili T. Would love to stay here for a few days. I can not understand why the resort is not busier. Great pool, amazing staff from Karmini at front desk to Aldi at pool bar. Get the dinner package for a few $$$ more, well worth it. Breakfast very good.
