"The studio itself was great, if a little short on plug sockets. My only gripe was its location to a public house. Our room was literally the floor above and we got to experience all the noises associated with a pub...including a 5.45am beer delivery on Monday morning and an equally early glass collection on the Friday. "Everything went according to plan.The only negative comment we have was the litter in the street but the whole of London was grubby. This is not helped by large numbers of dogs using christmas displays and planters as a toilet.We hope to stay again at this property.Friendly staff."

"We booked to stay here for 20 nights with a 6 month old baby. In advance of this, I had emailed asking to confirm the suitability of the cot and high chair. I was assured they were suitable by the hotel management. Upon arrival, we found out this was NOT the case, the cot was supplied with a soft pillow and the high chair was unsafe for a small baby. "The apartment (3 bedroom) was meticulous and spacious. Great area. One star was taken away because one of the room's mattress definitely needs to be replaced, and also, there is cookware but no basic cooking essentials. There's not even salt! "

"Great Location! Luxury at a budget friendly pricing, spacious, yet quiet. Amazing views. Two years in a row, and planning on coming back next December. I forgot my expensive medicine, the cleaning staff found it, I was able to speak with them via hotels.com and they are mailing it back to me in the US. Now I call that customer service!"
