Pros: Stunning area of London & beautiful decor and dining areas. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Cons: If you have accessibility issues, the standard rooms are located at the end of a labyrinth of hallways and stairs- this is just the nature of the building. For the same reason, if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs or blast a sound machine at night- you can hear quite a bit from the hallway and from the exterior. The standard room is tight- even for carry-ons. We expected small, but this surprised us.

Enjoyed my stay immensely. Staff so courteous and helpful. The room was super and listened to my request for a walk in shower. Excellent tea making facilities. my first three nights the lobby and restaurant was over my head and there was walking and running back and forth all nights as i tossed and turned and couldn't sleep i hadn't realize that was why i couldn't sleep until i finally asked the front desk for another room. then finally i got a little sleep on floor no. 6 floor they then told me that was the case. know one should be given that room at any rate. how could you have done that to me, my sister was so upset that she was sick and had a nervous stomach so i then had to take care her all night. and unfortunately she was handicapped i had brought her to London because she's always wanted to see London. so i wasn't happy with my stay and wouldn't book that hotel again
