Although the room looked clean, it smelled of dirty cat litter. I had to navigate a maze of narrow stairs to the room, which is inconvenient with luggage.

Room was very small and didn’t have air conditioner. Hotel has no elevator and very small narrow staircase, which made it difficult to carry my luggage up to the room. There was an option to leave your luggage in the open hotel lobby but anyone could’ve just grabbed your luggage and left with it. Hotel front desk staff was nice. Hotel is close to the main train station.

Have stayed here about 4 times over the last couple of years. Location is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean. You don't stay here for the view,but if you want an affordable, convenient location in London this is great

The room was incredibly small. But we had a very quick night and it was located extremely close to the train station. Probably would not stay again as the room was just too small for 4 people. 2 people and one night would have been fine. Easy to check in and out and friendly staff.

I stayed one night between arriving in London at Heathrow and leaving London by train from King’s Cross the next morning. The hotel was easy to get to, staff was really nice, and the room was perfect. Would have stayed longer if I could have.

It was easy to get to and close to the train/tube station. There was a lot of food and shopping within walking distance. It was clean. I do wish the bed was more comfortable.
