"At the restaurant, dinner the night before the food came out cold, had to send back, this was the same for the breakfast the following morning. I was not made aware that there was a service charge of £20+, which although I didn’t quibble over, I would have thought I would of got my full £150 refund, I thought that was a little under handed, as I had paid a lot of money for the room. I should have been informed of that from the outset."
