Apartment hadn't been cleaned.

Apartment hadn't been cleaned nobody available to clean it, offered to move us at 1130pm to another apartment. Very poor.

A lovely apartment with views of the Shard. Very well finished and well equipped. Downside: there was no hairdryer and the heating was difficult to control. Hot in the night but chilly when you were sitting around. Instructions were difficult to understand. Also it is advertised as providing toiletries. A tiny bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body cream for three people did not last long! Nor did two toilet rolls. However, all in all was really lovely and would love to stay again!

Hot & Cold

Air conditioning either didn't work or couldn't be turned off. 27 degrees during the day, 5 degrees during the night. Bring a coat and some ice!!
