Pleasant.
Pleasant stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the room looked slightly worn out, with rust all over the shower rod and shower head. Staff were great. Ideal for an overnight stay.
For what is paid it is very good price. The staff are good location is great! The hotel is self needs a lot of refurbishing. But For having your own room with toilet inside in the center of London it worth the price. Do not wait luxury you get what you pay for.
We booked a double bedroom. The room is very small but at least we had our own toilet and shower. The room was not clean and had a broken window. Our room was next to the rails which made a lot of noice and made it difficult to sleep.
The location is great. Only 1 minutes walk from Eart’s Court Underground station. The hotel is also close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel is in walking distance to Science and National History Museum.
I choose because it was cheap but I was wrong, It was a big mistake that I never do that again, it is dirty and share wc bathroom :) even it is dirty, I am happy it was only 1 night.

Creepy crawlies on bathrooms floors...
Carpet NEED Deep Clean/Shampooing.
Last room:Digital TV issues.
Issues about pricing, disparity between online and staff.
Very quiet on weekdays.
Pros
Cheap
Good location and easy access to shops/tube station
Daily housekeeping
Cons
Wardrobe was broken although still usable.
Radiator nearly always on and knob to control heat was broken which meant room temperature was controlled by opening the windows.
No bedside table or any table/chair in the room.
No hooks to hang clothes (one inside bathroom to hang the towel)
Only 1 towel provided.
Curtains did not cover the whole of the window.
Radiator very dusty.
Noisy as room facing underground tracks.
Verdict: Would not recommend
It was terrible. The attached bathroom was not working. There was no exhaust, even windows were unable to be opened. The general toilet was dirty with spits on the floor and (Pan Gutka) spits on the corner. The wash basin tap was broken. The smell was so horrible. The bed was broken and the sharp springs were coming out from the bed mattress. There was no shower gel in the shower. The shower was small and open. No drinking water was available. For the general shower, you have to go to the basement or 2nd floor with your clothes or towel and other people knock on the door.
I stayed in the windowless single room, it honestly wasn't terrible for what it was. You can't expect much for £35 a night in central London but you'd be hard pressed to do much better for the price. It has a bed, it's a place to sleep whilst you go out and do other things during the day.
Great price but a very noisey and tiny room. But considering the cheap price it was alright

No lift, have to walk up the narrow stairs and the kitchen has only running water. The kettle looks nice, yet it can use still.
Fortunately, staffs are nice.
Tiny basement room with no window. Get what you pay for so I wasn’t that bothered. Usual damage to walls and carpet, under bed wasn’t hoovered, thin walls, creaky bed. Decent position to station
The entire floor in the hotel room was wet. Hotel staff said it wasent their fault. Wasent able to get a different room or partial refund. Avoid this place at all costs.
