The staff are super nice to us during our entire stay. The room we've been to on the first 2 nights is quite awful; there's a sewer smell coming from the toilet, the floor board by the entrance has water damage, and the showers are almost falling off. Luckily, the reception was very helpful and transfer us to a better room on the 3rd day and the new room we were put at is a really nice one.

Was on the bottom floor, extremely small single room opposite reception. Didn't sleep at all the first night as you can hear everyone coming in and out or walking up and down the stairs.

Brilliant stay! I was initially a bit worried when reading the other reviews. There was sufficient space, bathroom was spotless and the rainfall shower was amazing. The bed was very comfy and I was suprised to find the room had been serviced after returning last night. Only thing I would say that on arrival there was a long hair on the bed sheet when I pulled back the cover and the picture frame above the bed was thick with dust. My room was also right next to the reception so could hear others talking and walking past through the night. Otherwise the room was well ventilated and overall had a great stay. You get what you for and will most definitely be back. Oh and the staff were extremely friendly and always had a smile in their faces! Thank you!

I understand the hotel is lower priced and we just needed a place to lay our heads. But it was so tiny that it just wasn’t functional. Bathroom was impossible to manover. No place for a suitcase, bag, a towel or a wash kit. Needed to use the bed for everything. But then where are you sleeping?! lol

The hotel was very basic, the rooms felt small and old, but a great way to stay if you only need to sleep. Although, it was very loud in the early mornings, the walls and doors are very thin. Very close to the station, and a 35 min walk to Oxford Street.

The hotel room I stayed in was not quiet as it was close to reception and some of the doors in the corridor that may have helped with that were not kept closed. I woke up three to four times one night I stayed there because of this. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, it was impossible to refill the kettle or my own water bottle in the sink in the bathroom, which makes staying there more difficult. They did give me another water bottle for free, but in theory they should have charged me for it based on their signage. Although I expected the room I stayed in to be small, it felt tiny because of the odd layout, and the window looked onto a courtyard that was so small and dingy that I felt a bit claustrophobic. I recognize I wasn't paying for the best accommodations, and I was grateful there was something more affordable for someone traveling solo, but this hotel was still a dissapointment.

Was expecting a very basic hotel for price but pleasantly surprised. Excellent location, no frills hotel but perfectly functional. Comfortable and clean rooms, we reported an issue with shower in room above leaking drips into our bathroom which was noted. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was on a quiet road. Would definitely stay here again.
