Very convenient to Earl’s Court underground station. Just get on the Underground from Heathrow airport to Earl’s Court about 30-40 minutes. The staff at Kensington was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. We will visit London again and stay at this hotel.

This is an excellent location if you're looking for a quiet neighborhood while still being close to all that London has to offer. The kitchenette was handy for small meals, and there are loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Not your typical hotel but definitely a great place at a great price in a great location.

Very convenient location - close two tube stations and easy walk to high street Kensington. Room had everything you need and lobby and breakfast spaces very cute and comfy. Staff all very helpful and available at desk at all hours. Site said linens provided weekly but we were offered new towels on our fourth day which was great. Would definitely stay at again.

Front desk John and his colleagues are such nice people, especially John, he can remember our names and say hello to us every time we met each other… on the day check out, he even walked out with us with farewell greetings! A great place to stay in South Kensington with friendly and helpful staff and convenient dining options, though the kitchenettes allow for some economy by making some of your own meals. The decor was very warm and comfortable and the rooms felt spacious for London. Very close to Earl's Court tube station and the bus lines. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend.

Loved my stay here. I was here for work and stayed 6 nights. Loved the decor, the room was very comfortable and quiet. Great location, nice and close to Earls Court tube stop. The bed was comfortable and I loved the vibe of the place. Will definitely book to stay here again.
